职位介绍

一、岗位职责：

1. 定期召开客户会议以了解客户的新项目设计需求和新产品定义以满足客户的未来需求

2. 支持关键客户当前的项目设计活动

3. 负责应用工程师新产品的路试工作

4. 负责产生产品的规格书和应用手册

5. 作为系统应用工程师，您有机会与每个工程部门合作，包括 IC 设计团队、AE 团队、测试工程团队以及生产工程团队。系统应用工程师负责新产品从定义到量产

二、任职要求：

1. 电子工程或相关专业本科学历，硕士优先。必须有至少 2 年以上的电源管理芯片相关经验，例如产品定义、客户拜访、客户支持等

2. 良好的文档能力和流利的英语写作和口语。要求熟悉word、PPT、PDF软件。熟悉 Visio 是一大优点

3. 熟悉电源管理器件的输入电压和负载动态变化响应和·输出电压随电入电压和负载变化的精度测试方法、输出纹波电压和效率测试等良好的·实验室测试技能。熟悉示波器、电源、万用表、电子负载、以及数据采集等常用测试设备

4. 熟悉汽车电源及相关系统架构及要求

5. 了解I²C和SPI接口通信协议。了解 USB 2.0/3.0 以及 PD 更好

6. 良好的团队合作精神；有上进心，不墨守成规

Job Requirements：
1. Bachelor’s degree in EE or related fields and master’s degree is preferred. Must have at least 2 year related experiences, such as product definition, customer interfaces, customer design supports, etc.
2. Good documentation skills and fluent in both writing and spoken English. Familiar with word, PPT, and PDF SWs are required. Familiar with Visio is big plus.
3. Good experiences in mastering lab test skills such as line/load transient and regulation tests, output ripple voltage and efficiency measurements. Must be familiar with common test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supply, multi-meters, electronic load, and data acquisition.
4. Good understanding of industry/datacenter or automotive power architecture/requirement and related system architecture.
5. Must understand serial communication port, such as I²C or SPI.
Good team work ethic; self-motivated, and open mind.
